Boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and sparring are high-intensity, full-contact sports that carry an inherent risk of severe physical injury, disability, or death. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and/or using any equipment from Havoc Boxing Gears, you expressly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, known or unknown, associated with participating in combat sports activities. Inspection of Gear: Combat gear degrades over time with use. You agree to inspect all equipment for signs of wear, tearing, or structural failure before every use. Do not use damaged gear. No Guarantee of Protection: While our gear is designed to provide high levels of protection, no equipment can completely prevent injury. Havoc Boxing Gears makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties that our gear will prevent injury, concussion, or harm under any circumstance. SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Havoc Boxing Gears, our directors, officers, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, bodily injury, or property damage—arising from your use of any of our products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the products.
