Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to 36 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and every parcel ships duty free. See the full list in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If your country is not listed, email us and we will check.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes when my parcel arrives?
No. We ship parcels duty free. Any import duties and taxes for your country are calculated and collected at checkout, so you see the full price before you pay and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
What gear do you sell?
Boxing gloves, matching sparring sets (gloves, headguard and groin guard), headguards, groin guards, focus mitts and boxing shoes.
Can I order custom gear?
Yes. Email havocboxingstore@gmail.com with your colours, names, logos and sizes and we will confirm the details and a price before production.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom gear?
No. You can order a single custom piece or a bulk order for your whole team.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and then take about 3 to 5 business days in transit. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is US$14.55 and With Box is US$24.55. Shipping is free on orders of US$250 or more, and all parcels ship duty free.
What materials are your gloves made from?
Our gloves use leather outers with multi-layer foam padding. Each product page lists the details for that item.
Which glove size or weight should I choose?
As a guide, 12oz to 14oz suits bag and pad work, and 16oz is the usual weight for adult sparring. Heavier boxers often choose 18oz.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Standard items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer bulk orders for gyms and clubs?
Yes. Contact us for a bulk quote.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For large bulk orders, contact us about other options.
How should I care for my gear?
Wipe it with a damp cloth after training and let it air-dry away from direct sunlight. Never soak leather gear or put it in a dryer.
How do I send my logo for custom gear?
Vector files (.AI or .EPS) or a high-resolution .PNG work best. Email your artwork with your order number to havocboxingstore@gmail.com.
