What comes in a boxing set?

  • 3-piece sets: lace-up boxing gloves, matching headgear and a matching groin guard. This is most of the collection.
  • 2-piece sets: gloves and headgear only, such as the Winning Classic Yellow 2-Piece.
  • Dual headgear set: the No Boxing No Life Red & Black Dual Headgear set swaps the groin guard for a second, face-bar headguard.

You choose the glove weight on each listing. You will still need hand wraps and a mouthguard, which are not part of a set.

Cheek protection, face guard or face bar?

  • Cheek protection (open face): the widest field of view, popular for technical sparring.
  • Face guard: more cover around the face while staying light.
  • Face bar: a bar across the front protects the nose and mouth; the safest choice for hard rounds and newer sparring partners.

To size headgear, measure around your head just above the eyebrows. Groin guards are chosen by waist size. If you need a specific headgear or groin guard size, tell us when you order.
