Choosing your gloves
- 6oz-8oz: speed work and pad drills.
- 10oz-14oz: bag and mitt training.
- 16oz-18oz: sparring.
Practical questions
Is it too bright for sparring? No. Brightness helps your coach and your camera.
Does neon fade? Bright dyes fade faster in direct sunlight, so store the set indoors and out of windows.
Do I need anything else? The kit covers gloves, head protection and groin protection. Add hand wraps and a mouthguard separately.

- Wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Keep them away from heaters and direct sun.
