Havoc Boxing operates worldwide. By using this site, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. If you are ordering equipment on behalf of a boxing gym, club, or promotional entity, you warrant that you possess the organizational authority to bind that legal entity to these terms.

2. Product Specifications & Customizations

We offer premium boxing gear featuring comprehensive full-customization capabilities.

• Design Specifications: When submitting text, names, color combinations, and vector logos for custom gear, you are solely responsible for ensuring the layout configuration is completely accurate. Production follows your direct digital proof submission.
• Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or possess the legal right to use any logos, brand marks, or text submitted to Havoc Boxing for customized fabrication. We reserve the right to reject graphics that infringe upon trademark laws.

3. Manufacturing & Payment Terms

All retail prices are displayed dynamically. For all consumer and custom orders, payments must be processed securely and cleared in full at the digital checkout screen before raw materials are allocated or manufacturing begins. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Commercial bulk orders for fight gyms may opt for secure bank wire transfers upon approval from our sales desk.

Havoc Boxing dispatches parcels worldwide through premium international logistics couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS).

• Import Border Tariffs: Cross-border shipments crossing into your territory may incur local import assessments, customs duties, or regional border taxes. These statutory fees are completely designated to the recipient. Havoc Boxing does not collect or forecast these cross-border tariffs.
• Delivery Failure: If an international dispatch fails delivery due to incomplete shipping data entered by the buyer, or a customer's absolute refusal to satisfy native border clearance duty fees, any return courier transport penalties assessed to Havoc Boxing will be subtracted from any eligible item refund.

You are completely prohibited from exploiting our boxing platform, premium high-resolution images, or digital assets for unauthorized commercial gains, systematic data scraping, or malicious network probing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Combat sports, including boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts, are inherently high-contact activities involving high risk of injury. Havoc Boxing equipment is manufactured to elite professional standards; however, we do not guarantee or warrant that our equipment will completely prevent severe concussive shock, bodily trauma, or physical injury.

By buying our gear, you explicitly acknowledge these combat dynamics and agree that Havoc Boxing, its corporate officers, and master craftsmen shall not be held liable for any incidental damages, athletic injuries, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the use of our protective gear during sparring, pad work, or competitive events.
