Because we cater to a global community with highly specialized needs, our return and refund guidelines are structured transparently based on the type of gear you purchase.
⚠️ CUSTOM GEAR EXCLUSION: Every single piece of customized gear—including custom gloves, custom-branded headguards, groin protectors, and fight team uniforms—is handcrafted specifically to your personal specifications, name, and logos. Because these bespoke items are unique to you, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds on custom-made orders unless there is a clear manufacturing defect[cite: 1, 2].
We highly encourage all fighters to carefully double-check names, sizing charts, graphics placement, and weight choices before completing payment. Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
For non-custom retail products (such as stock hand wraps, generic apparel, stock punch mitts, or standard gear pieces with no custom text or logos), we offer a 14-day return window[cite: 1].
We stand completely behind our build quality. In the highly unusual event that your gear (whether standard or fully customized) arrives with a clear material defect or physical transit damage:
Once your returned standard item is received at our facility and passes physical inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, your refund will be compiled and automatically credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, depending entirely on your banking provider's local processing times.
As noted in our logistics guidelines, cross-border custom clearances and local import tariffs are completely the customer's responsibility[cite: 2].
