We offer secure international shipping to over 150 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. We partner with elite global couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your packages are prioritized and delivered safely.

3. Courier Delivery Services & Tracked Shipping

Every single shipment dispatched by Havoc Boxing is fully tracked and insured. Once your gear passes quality control and is picked up by our courier partners, you will automatically receive an email and SMS notification containing:

• A direct tracking link (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
• An estimated delivery date window.
• Options to manage your delivery (e.g., signature release, schedule change, or hold at facility).

4. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at the checkout screen based on two primary factors:

1. The total weight and volume (dimensional weight) of your selected boxing equipment[.
2. The exact geographic zone of your destination delivery address.

To get an exact quote, simply add your desired gear to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery address details.

5. Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes

As Havoc Boxing operates worldwide, cross-border shipments may be subject to local customs clearances, import duties, and VAT/sales taxes dictated by your country’s customs authority.

• Responsibility: All local import duties, customs tariffs, and administrative clearing fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Havoc Boxing does not calculate or collect these fees during checkout.
• Refusal of Delivery: If a delivery is refused by a customer due to unexpected customs charges, the courier will return the package to us. Any return shipping costs and penalties incurred will be deducted directly from your refund.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failure

Fighters, please double-check your shipping coordinates. We cannot alter delivery routing addresses once the package has left our fulfillment centers.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to courier security rules on high-value premium boxing gear. A physical street address and contact phone number are strictly required.
• If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered by the customer or repeated missed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees required to dispatch the item a second time.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Your gear is protected. In the extremely rare event that your package arrives structurally damaged or is declared lost by the carrier:

1. Damaged Packages: Document the damage immediately by taking clear photographs of both the outer transit packaging and the inner gear. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Lost Items: If your tracking link halts updates for more than 7 consecutive business days, contact our support team at shipping@havocboxing.com so we can instantly open a formal carrier investigation.
