Pick by what you actually do
- Heavy bag, a few times a week: 12oz or 14oz in Velcro. Comfortable, quick to put on, and forgiving on the knuckles.
- Pad work with a coach: 10oz or 12oz in Lace-Up for a tidy, secure wrap.
- Sparring: 16oz in Lace-Up, the standard setup in most gyms.
- Speed and technique days: 8oz, ideally as a second pair.
Why does black stay looking new?
Dark leather hides chalk, dust, sweat marks and light scuffs far better than white or bright colors, so it needs only a simple wipe-down and air-dry after sessions.

Is black the best color for a gym that shares kit?
Black is practical, but it is also the most common color, so add a name tag or colored wraps to tell pairs apart.
Can I match black gloves with any headguard?
Yes. Black works with every headguard color.
Is the black pair available as a full set?
Yes. The Classic Black sparring package adds a matching headguard and groinguard.
Size & fit
Glove weight is about what you do with them, not just how big your hands are. Most adults train in 14oz and spar in 16oz.

Returns
Unused stock items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made items can only be returned if they’re faulty.
Care tips
- Wear hand wraps. They protect your hands and keep sweat out of the lining.
- Open the gloves and let them air-dry after every session. Don’t leave them zipped in your bag.
- Wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Keep them away from heaters and direct sun.
