Description
Light-colored gloves look fresh and bright, and silver with white is about as light as it gets. This Winning pair is clean and modern, but you should know what you are signing up for before you buy.
Is it too light for training?
Light colors show marks more than dark ones, so you will want to wipe the gloves after each session. Air-dry them open and store them in a ventilated bag, away from radiators and sealed lockers.
What sizes does it come in?
6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, 16oz and 18oz, each in Lace-Up or Velcro.
Which closure suits a light pair?
Lace-Up looks neatest against light leather and gives the firmest wrist support for sparring. Velcro is the quicker choice for solo sessions.

Winning Silver & White Boxing Gloves FAQ
Who are silver and white gloves best for?
Boxers who like a bright, modern look and do not mind a quick wipe after training. They also suit events and photo shoots.
Do silver and white gloves look good in photos?
Yes. The bright, reflective finish photographs cleanly, which makes it popular for events and social media.
What headgear matches silver and white gloves?
White, silver or black headgear all match. Many boxers pair them with a white or black Winning headguard.
Size & fit
Glove weight is about what you do with them, not just how big your hands are. Most adults train in 14oz and spar in 16oz.
| Weight | Best for |
|---|---|
| 8–10oz | Pads, speed work, lighter boxers |
| 12–14oz | Heavy bag and general training |
| 16oz | Adult sparring |
| 18oz | Sparring for heavier boxers |
Lace-up gives the tightest wrist support. Velcro is quicker to put on by yourself. Still unsure? Read our glove guides.
