How the CPS-500 fits
The guard covers the groin, hips and lower abdomen. The rear laces let you tighten the waist precisely, and the elastic leg straps stop it riding up when you move, pivot and throw.
Choosing a size
Size by waist. If you are between sizes, the larger size with the laces pulled tighter is usually more comfortable than a guard that is too small. The guard should sit flat without pinching when you crouch into your stance.
