Description
Most sets make you choose one style of headguard. This one does not. The No Boxing No Life Red & Black Dual Headgear Set includes two headguards, so you can wear the open cheek-protection style for light technical rounds and switch to the face-bar style when sparring gets harder.

Please note: this set does not include a groin protector. If you need one, add a matching groin guard from our groin guards collection or contact us before ordering.
When to use each headguard
Cheek-protection: drilling, technical sparring and rounds where you want to read your partner clearly. Face-bar: hard sparring, fight camp and sessions with heavier partners, where the bar keeps gloves off the nose and mouth.
Glove weight
Pick 16oz for general adult sparring. Choose 18oz for heavyweights, or 12oz to 14oz if the gloves will mostly be used on pads and bags.
Care
Dry-wipe the metallic red gloves after use and air both headguards out separately so the padding dries fully.

Does this set include a groin protector?
No. It includes gloves and two headguards only.
Size & fit
Glove weight is about what you do with them, not just how big your hands are. Most adults train in 14oz and spar in 16oz.

Returns
Unused stock items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made items can only be returned if they’re faulty.
Care tips
- Wear hand wraps. They protect your hands and keep sweat out of the lining.
- Open the gloves and let them air-dry after every session. Don’t leave them zipped in your bag.
- Wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Keep them away from heaters and direct sun.
