Most gyms allow any color for sparring; what matters is weight and condition. Check whether your club asks for 16oz gloves before ordering.
Are white Winning gloves good for photos and ring walks?

What kit looks best with all-white gloves?

Size & fit
Glove weight is about what you do with them, not just how big your hands are. Most adults train in 14oz and spar in 16oz.

Care tips
- Wear hand wraps. They protect your hands and keep sweat out of the lining.
- Open the gloves and let them air-dry after every session. Don’t leave them zipped in your bag.
- Wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Keep them away from heaters and direct sun.
